Wanted. I need to move by July 15 and would like to begin renting by June 1 or 15. I need a large, cheap space, preferably in or near Talmadge / Kensington. A small warehouse or retail space might be OK if it has living quarters. Also OK would be a fixer-upper which a buyer/owner isn't ready to fix up for a few months. It doesn't have to be fancy or ready to rent or sell. It would have to be clean, dry, and relatively free of bugs. It would have to be on the ground level. I do need heat and A/C, a shower, and a refrigerator, plus plenty of space for accessible storage (not garage).

In addition to commercial space, other possibilities would be a house whose owner is in a nursing home but who won't let her family sell the house because she might move back home someday, or a situation in which someone will be abroad or working away from San Diego for a few months. Wanted. I have a neurological disability. This requires that I have a 25lb service dog. I need a place to stay between August 6th and about August 20th, when my new landlord says my apartment will be ready to move into. The challenge for me when asking friends, though some have been able to accommodate me for two weeks now, is that the medical condtion I have requires that I avoid carpeting or upholstered furniture. I just need a wood or tiled floor room, with a window, that can have other stuff in it, where I can sleep at night. During the day I will be leaving at 7am and returning at about 7pm.
